Help & Getting Started

Everything you need to run Coach360 — written in plain English. No tech skills required. If you can send a text message, you can do this.

Getting started (5 minutes)

Coach360 helps you plan training, check who's coming, and run a fair net session — all in one place. Here's the fastest path from "just signed up" to "up and running":

1
Create your workspace. Give it your club or team name (e.g. "Riverside CC – 2nd XI"). Choose Club if others will help coach, or Personal for a private setup.
2
Add your players. Head to Players and add each one. Use Bulk import to paste a CSV if you already have a squad list in a spreadsheet.
3
Create an RSVP for your next session. Open RSVPs, fill in the details, and share the link in your WhatsApp / Messenger group.
4
On the night, open Net Sessions. Everyone who RSVP'd "Yes" is already loaded. Set your nets and start the timer.
5
Add notes after the session. Tap any player to record what you saw, what to work on, and what to talk about next week.

Workspaces & clubs

A workspace holds one team's players, sessions, and notes. You can belong to as many as you like — one per club, team, or age group.

  • Club workspace — data stays with the club. Invite other coaches; if you move on, the club keeps the history.
  • Personal workspace — just for you. Great for private academies or 1:1 coaching.
  • Switch between workspaces any time using the picker in the top-right.
  • Invite co-coaches from Workspaces using their email address.

Managing players

A well-tagged squad is what makes net sessions smart. Two things to set on each player:

  • Player type — Batter, Bowler, All-rounder, or Wicket-keeper.
  • Skill level — 1st XI down to 6th XI, or Junior. This is how we group nets by ability.

Bulk import tips

  • One player per line: Name, Type, Skill
  • Example: Jane Smith, Batter, 1st XI
  • Blank fields are fine — you can edit anyone later.

Sending RSVPs

RSVPs let players confirm availability without needing an account. You share one link; everyone uses the same page.

1
Open RSVPs and click New event.
2
Set the date, time, location, and (optionally) which players to invite. Leave the invite list at "everyone" for a normal weekly session.
3
Copy the shareable link and drop it into your team chat.
4
Players tap the link → pick their name from the list → tap I'm in or Can't make it.
5
Back in the app, you'll see live counts of who's in, who's out, and who hasn't responded yet.

Missing name? Ask the player to let you know — you can add them from the Players tab and they'll appear on the RSVP page instantly.

Running net sessions

This is the tool coaches love most. It replaces the whiteboard, the shouting, and the "who's next?" chaos.

1
Set your nets. Choose how many nets you have, and how many batters and bowlers per net (1–9 batters, 1–10 bowlers). Turn on Bowler pairs if bowlers work in twos.
2
Start the timer. We'll rotate players fairly and group them by skill level automatically — better bowlers bowl to better batters where possible.
3
Someone late? Tap Add late arrival. We'll re-spread the remaining time so no one gets short-changed.
4
Finish the session. A summary is saved to History — with each player's batting time and bowling rotations recorded automatically.

Plans & notes

Use the Plan tab to draft sessions ahead of time — drills, focus areas, and anything you want to remember on the night.

  • Each player has their own profile with a running notes list.
  • Notes can be typed or dictated on your phone's keyboard.
  • Pro plan: the AI assistant can suggest talking points and drills based on your notes — great for making sure every player gets a positive, constructive conversation.

Plans & billing

  • Free — 1 player, forever. Great for trying the app out.
  • Basic (A$6.99/mo) — unlimited players, RSVPs, net sessions, notes and history.
  • Pro (A$9.99/mo) — everything in Basic + the AI coaching assistant.
  • Club — from A$4.99/seat/mo (5-seat minimum). Enquire on the pricing page.

Manage your subscription from the Billing & Seats page. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card details.

Privacy & safety

  • Your data lives in the workspace you created it in. Other coaches only see it if you invite them.
  • RSVP links are unique and can be revoked at any time — handy if a link gets forwarded outside the group.
  • We never share player data with third parties.
  • When a coach leaves a club workspace, their access is removed but the club's data stays intact.
